"Unskilled?"

What do you all think about the unskilled RECENT college grads working in the hospitals?
Makes me smirk at what's behind it.
Anybody here that's ever worked medical knows THAT won't work.
I'm pretty sure they weren't talking about menial jobs.

MANY years ago when I was studying to be an EMT, the work load was a lot,at least for me. Compared to a nurse it was child's play.
Really, the amount of knowledge we had to put in our heads was staggering. So I cannot imagine someone entering into any kind of medical care for a human being without ANY kind of training ... Well it blows my mind!
Hey, maybe they took some sort of medical training in college. We can hope.
Under these circumstances(COVET 19) I would understand OJT.
