Smoke From This Altar Hand Signed Louis L'Amour 1939 1st Edition Hard Back Book. Just won this this afternoon slightly dearer than my copy of the Leather edition of Rowdy Rides to Glory. :7:7:7:7 Very happy chappy. Les Isn't making a smoking section in a restaurant like making a peeing section in a swimming pool?

Les The English Language is weird. It can be understood through tough thorough thought though.

Smoke From this Altar 1st edition and Vol1 Issue 1 of Hopalong Cassidy Magazine which contains Tex Burns first published Rustlers of West Forks arrived within 24 hours of each other.
Had a chuckle tracking the LL 1st edition that spent 9 days going from Idaho Falls to Kentucky before spending another 11 Days in transit to NZ. I had to use my US Forwarding address for the magazine so it spent 3 days in USPS and 8 days coming from Oregon to NZ.
Beau has said that this publication of Rustlers is the original version of Hoppy that Louis wanted to maintain (Clarence Mulford character) but the character descriptions changed to the Bill Boyd character when they decided to put out the hardback book edition. I'll just have to read both versions to satisfy my curiosity. :7
