Beau, has the Lost Treasures series of expansions wound down? If not, any hopes of THE CALIFORNIOS getting the treatment?

I'm very careful not to jerk anyone around. I won't do a Lost Treasures unless I feel what I have to offer is worth someone potentially buying a new book. That means 6 to 10 pages at least. I thought I was almost done but then some digging showed me I could do a couple more. I've been pretty busy finishing Skyring Water and getting all the marketing set up so they will be investigated next year and maybe arrive the year after.

But things are changing. The Mass Market paperback (the pocket book size) is supposed to be slowly phased out in favor of trade paperbacks (the size of a hardcover) in the next few years. None of us know how that is going to go but market forces are squeezing the business from several directions, printers giving up, paper prices too high, retailers not liking having two different sizes on the racks. There will still be e-books, and we'll be starting to roll out trade paper books this Fall. The book business is a mess. So we'll have to see what happens. If all goes well then there will be a couple of new LLLT in trade paper and e-book soon-ish.
