Hope this is not too much info I must have missed your address when I e-mailed it out 26 August.
Had my post op check up with the surgeon today (26/8).
The beast was a Renal Cell Carcinoma (cancerous) BUT it was well contained with no breaches in the sides of the tumour so the surgeon is confident that it is ALL OUT. (Well he took the whole kidney :7)
I now need to get on with life as normal and am only subject to an annual CAT Scan for the next five years when I can be pronounced to be in full remission.
So great news for me and life can now go on. Will start talking to a travel agent about a trip to the East Coast USA in your next spring and summer.
