Leatherette version, pg 52, 1st paragraph, Orrin refers to "Old Yance, the father of the clan in America". On pg 57, 6th paragraph from the bottom, he says "Old Yance would enjoy this" out loud and when another character questions him, he says "Just thinking about an ancestor of mine. Came over from England many a year ago, but he was always going west." But in Sackett's Land and To The Far Blue Mountains, Barnabas is the father of the clan in America who came over from England. Yance is one of his sons.
