410, 'Old TV Westerns'

Been a follower of numerous TV westerns that are showing on the Encore channel.
I like Cheyenne, Lawman, Wanted, Dead or alive, The Virginian (especially when Charles Bickford was the patriarch of Shiloh), Paladin; 'Have gun will travel' and 'Tales of Wells Fargo'.
Seemingly, there is a mis- fortune on the series that there must be a copyright infringement that hinders showing tales written by Louis L'Amour.
I followed the series all the way through 1958-1959. When it gets close to September, it stops and the series ends.
It seems Louis wrote 8 or 9 stories that began in September 1960 and ending in 1961...
In fact if I'm not mistaken this is season five and there is no way to buy a DVD on that season that started with 'Alkali Basin'...
Just curious why the episodes written by LL are not shown....Please advise?
